Firefighter to Sue Over September 11 Photo
Dear oh dear, stupid morality. This will be an interesting case. I can’t wait for the photographer to make an appearance, what a nightmare. It will also be good to see who else has purchased the image in question and to see how it has been used in other ways.
I think the argument here is based purely on morales. A lot of contracts specify that you CAN Photoshop the image in whatever way you like – WITH LIMITATIONS – these limitations are usually specified as something that is pornographic.

The bane of my life as a person with a drivers license is cyclists with ‘road-bikes’. Close friends and family know how much it bugs me… bugs me is putting it lightly.
However, I knew immediately – before I even clicked play – that these guys powering through traffic in NYC knew exactly what they were doing. If cyclists in BNE could ride like these guys, there would be no qualms.
